Duval Dogs Daycare and Boarding is a family owned and operated, community focused dog daycare facility founded on the principle that dogs are precious and unique members of our families. Our mission is to offer a safe, healthy and fun environment for your dog to socialize, play and grow.

Our vision is to provide excellent care and enrichment to your dog’s lives while in our care and provide the dog’s parents with peace of mind knowing their dog is safe and happy.

Meet the Inspirations

Nikki and Dave

Meet the dream team! Nikki and Dave are the founders and creators of Duval Dogs Daycare and Boarding. They share a passion for animals and wanted to open a daycare to pursue their long term goal of opening a shelter for our senior dog friends. Nikki has 7 years of experience, during which she spent her time as a nutrition consultant for a holistic vets office and then transitioned into animal care after experiencing compassion fatigue. She is now a proud owner, creator, and operator of Duval Dogs.

After a dedicating a career to the culinary arts, Dave has transitioned into animal care to help achieve his long-term goal. With a passion for animals, Dave lives by the rule that dogs are important members of our families. He is ready to dedicate his time to fulfill a safe and fun environment for your fur-friends.

Boagie

Meet the Duval Dogs Daycare and Boarding Mascot, Boagie! Born in 2022, Boagie is an Argentino-Great Pyrenees mix who loves to exploring the outdoors and going on walks around the neighborhood.

Odin

Odin is a husky mix born in 2016. A retired guard dog, he enjoys his days lounging on soft couches and beds. Even so, Odin enjoys taking leisurely walks throughout his neighborhood. One of his favorite snacks are sweet potatoes but his all-time favorite is nice crunchy cabbage.

The Gonzalez’s

Meet the Gonzalez’s! They are first coast natives who share a passion for animals! They own a Siberian husky named “Sunny” who is always ready for an adventure!
